Terma & Syarat

1. The service

Mythos Algo provides a licensed Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4/5, a dashboard with a trade journal and analytics, and live trade notifications. The EA is a software tool that automates a trading strategy you choose to run on your own broker account. We do not operate a broker, hold your funds, or place trades on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that using an automated trading tool is lawful where you live and permitted by your broker.

3. Your license

• A license binds to a single MetaTrader trading account number. It authorizes the EA to open new trades on that account only.
• Licenses are personal and non-transferable. Sharing a license key across multiple account numbers will fail validation.
• If your subscription lapses or the license is invalid, the EA stops opening new trades. It never force-closes positions you already have open — managing and closing existing trades continues to work.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, redistributing, reselling, or circumventing the license check is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Subscriptions are period-based (e.g. weekly or monthly) and are paid in cryptocurrency stablecoins (USDT or USDC on the TRON network).
• There is no automatic renewal and no stored card. You pay for each period by sending the exact amount shown at checkout to the address provided. Your access runs until the end of the paid period.
• To keep the EA active, you renew before the period ends. We send reminders before expiry as a courtesy, but keeping your subscription current is your responsibility.
• Send the exact amount in a single transaction. Underpayments may not activate; significant overpayments should be avoided. On-chain network fees are your responsibility.
• Prices may change over time. Any change applies to future purchases, not to a period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Because a license is a digital product delivered immediately, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the license has been issued or activated. If you believe a charge was made in error or the service was not delivered, contact us at support@mythosalgo.app and we will review it in good faith.

6. No financial advice & no guarantee of profit

Mythos Algo is a software tool, not financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing on this site, in the dashboard, or in the EA is a recommendation to trade or a promise of any result.

We do not guarantee profits, income, or any particular outcome. Automated strategies can and do lose money. Past performance and Strategy Tester or backtest results are not indicative of future results and are provided for illustration only.

7. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your broker, your account settings, the risk parameters you configure, and every trade placed on your account. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties you choose or that we use — your broker, the MetaTrader platform, your crypto wallet, the TRON network, and (if you enable alerts) Telegram and Discord. Their terms and availability are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages, or fees.

9. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. If our license server is briefly unreachable, the EA honors a short offline grace window so trading is not interrupted, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or change features over time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythos Algo is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by not renewing. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to run the EA ends, but — as above — the EA will not force-close any positions already open on your account.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located there, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.
