Troubleshooting

| Sad face 🙁 / robot not running | Algo Trading off | Turn on Algo Trading (toolbar, green) + tick Allow Algo Trading |
| Active but no trades | WebRequest not allowed yet | Add the server URL under Allow WebRequest (Step 8b) |
| “License invalid” | License Key/Secret not intact, or wrong account | Paste the Key & Secret in full with no cut-off spaces; the robot must run on the account you registered |
| No positions (settings correct) | Wide spread, outside hours, wrong symbol | Check spread, trading hours, symbol name in Market Watch |
| Symbol error | Broker's symbol name differs (XAUUSDm/GOLD) | Attach it to the correct symbol's chart |
| Duplicate trades | Robot on multiple charts | Run one instance per account/pair |

Frequently asked
Internet dropped — is my license lost?
No. There's an offline grace period; the robot re-verifies automatically once back online.
Can I use it on several accounts?
Yes, but each account needs its own license (add them at checkout, each gets its own Key & Secret).
Which code do I give to support?
Give your License Key (the public code on the dashboard license card). NEVER share the License Secret — it's private, only for your robot.
Can I change risk/lot settings?
The adjustable settings appear in the Inputs tab when you attach the robot. For details on each parameter, contact support with your License Key.
Move broker/account?
The license is locked to one account number. To move account or broker, contact support with your License Key for a rebind.
License expired — what about open positions?
When the license expires, the robot stops opening new positions. Any still-open positions you manage manually — or renew the license to reactivate the robot.
